Wedding data is retained for your plan's access window.

Content retention is tied to your selected plan's gallery access window.

Retention windows

What is kept

For each wedding, we retain photos, hearts, guest names, guestbook notes, wedding setup details, and related metadata for the duration of that plan's access window.

Requesting deletion

If you need a full wedding removal or specific content removed before your plan's access window, email support@onedaymanyeyes.com with your request.

Backups and processor records

Some operational and payment records may remain in system logs or in Stripe records for a limited period required to run and secure the service.
