How to request a refund

Refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Email support@onedaymanyeyes.com. Please include:

• wedding event name or identifier
• owner email used at checkout
• a summary of what you need us to review

What we review

We review ownership, payment status, and current wedding state before approving a refund. This includes whether the event is still pending or has already been run.

Important limits

• There is no self-serve refund portal.
• We do not provide a separate billing portal.
• Card payments are securely collected by Stripe.

Payment disputes

If your bank or card provider opens a charge dispute, we still review the wedding record and invoice details directly with the payment processor.
