Refund requests are reviewed by support.
Our Day Album sells one-time access per wedding event, paid through Stripe Checkout.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Email support@onedaymanyeyes.com. Please include:
- wedding event name or identifier
- owner email used at checkout
- a summary of what you need us to review
What we review
We review ownership, payment status, and current wedding state before approving a refund. This includes whether the event is still pending or has already been run.
Important limits
- There is no self-serve refund portal.
- We do not provide a separate billing portal.
- Card payments are securely collected by Stripe.
Payment disputes
If your bank or card provider opens a charge dispute, we still review the wedding record and invoice details directly with the payment processor.
